Prudential 24 Hour Real Estate's "Live" Real Estate Principles Course is designed to lay a solid foundation of knowledge and understanding of real estate. The Instructor, Ms. Jami Berdelis is a Real Estate Broker and Attorney at Law. Ms. Berdelis attended UCLA and then received her Law degree from Southwestern University. She currently specializes in Real Estate and Escrow Law and is in-house counsel for Prudential 24 Hour Real Estate.
The course is fully accredited with the Department of Real Estate and is also part of Downey Adult School. The Prudential 24 Hour Real Estate course costs only $129 and is taught in just 6 evenings. Classes are every Thursday at our beautiful Prudential 24 Hour Real Estate Training Center located @ 8635 Florence Ave., Suite 201 in Downey near Lakewood & Florence.
